Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans (Review #2)

Alright it’s been a little while since I did a review on this anime I was busy and so it got put on a waiting list. Now that I have time I can watch an episode and hopefully, I can watch another one tomorrow. So I watched episode 2 today and I didn’t do a play by play (meaning as everything was happening) as there are some other animes I want to get through.

A lot of things happened in today’s episode and it blew my mind. We see Mikazuki piloting a Gundam Mobile Suit. Which I have to say is very new and unique Gundam Frame in which no has yet seen. I honestly have to commend Sunrise for coming up with this Gundam Frame named, Barbatos. It’s definitely different from all the other shows in this series.

When I look at Barbato it does remind me a little bit of Setsuna F. Seiei Gundam Frame but a little newer and more cutting edge. I must admit though that Setsuna’s was more better at least in technologically speaking. Come on I found the 00 Raiser to be pretty amazing at least in my opinion anyways.

This episode of Iron-Blooded Orphans was good and I might have a theory regarding the story, but you won’t find that out unless my theory is correct. I’d rather be right than wrong lol. Alright until my next blog post/review keep reading manga and watching anime. Remember to stay cool my friends and au revoir for now.

Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch (Review)

So this anime came out in 2006 and was active till 2008 (I believe some OVA’s were made, but I am not too sure, though). I found this anime a couple years ago and watched and when I did. I was instantly hooked and enjoyed watching this anime. This anime is still popular as I still see pictures of this anime floating around on the web. I admit that Lelouch is a complete villain but what if it’s to save his country?

Does that really make him a villain or a victim? I will let you watch this anime and let you decide if he is a villain or a victim. Honestly this anime should be watched at least once in a person’s lifetime, because I found this anime to be quite good. Although that is just my opinion and view on this anime.

This anime gets a high recommendation it’s worth the watch again that is just my opinion. Sorry that this post is a little short I have somethings that I need to do. Until my next blog post/review keep reading manga and watching anime. Remember to stay cool my friends and au revoir for now.

Noragami (Review)

This anime made me laugh on several occasions. Our main character is named, Yato. Well, he is a minor deity and he has no shrines nor a yen to his name. Yato then scrawls his phone number on a bathroom wall. He said he’ll help anyone in exchange for a 5-yen offering. Which at that point he becomes a delivery god.

I think I watched this in the summer of 2015 and finished it and awaited the second season. Or at least I was hoping that they would make one, and they did which I have yet to watch. Been a bit busy lol ^^; there are a lot of anime’s that I need to catch up on. So this anime came out in 2014 as you know I didn’t watch it till 2015. I think I either watched the dubbed or subbed, can’t remember lol.

Although I might have watched it when this show first came out just don’t remember haha. I’m getting too old, apparently. Anyways I really liked this anime and it was quite good and hopefully, the second season is as good as the first, and or at least better. So this anime gets a high recommendation from me. As it was really good and I think you should give it a try.

Who knows, you might just like. If you do end up liking it then you can watch the second season which is out now in subbed and I think it’s also dubbed. You’d have to look into that one lol. Until my next blog/review keep reading manga and watching anime. Remember to stay cool my friends and au revoir for now.

Dragonaut: The Resonance (Review)

Let’s talk about one of my fave Mecha anime’s. (Okay, I have a few faves. Is that such a bad thing?). Dragonaut: The Resonance is a very unique anime and so it takes a certain person to be able to watch it. Of course, I fit into that category, because I am so weird and unique that I could probably have my own category. Then again probably not.

This anime first aired in 2007 to 2008. If you can’t tell this anime is based on Mecha’s that are…. Get this: Dragons. Yep, and I could have sworn anime could not get any more interesting than it already was. Looks like the anime world has proven me wrong once again. So little girls are supposed to be all into princesses and unicorns, right?

Well, I was the complete opposite. I hated pink and still do well kinda lol and I also disliked Barbies haha. Instead of me being into princesses and unicorns like a normal little girl I was into dragons and dark creped things. So I guess that’s what made me fall in love with this anime in the first episode (it didn’t take much for me to get hooked).

Also, another benefit was that the characters are like astronaut’s who fight evil alien’s and all that good crap lol. I used to dream of going into space weirdly enough. I was a kid and my teachers inspired me to dream big and so I did. Yet here I am doing what I love most: writing. Which has been a childhood dream of mine for like forever lol.

So this anime get’s a high recommendation. If you love Mecha anime then give this bad boy a try and or if you like Dragons well then chew on this anime. I know I didn’t say anything about the plot, and I am hoping that will make you want to look into this anime. As it’s really good and very interesting as well being in the unique category of anime. Until my next blog/review keep reading manga and watching anime. Stay cool my friends and au revoir for now.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans (Review #1)

So, I mentioned this anime sometime back and saying that I was going to watch this eventually. Of course, I got busy with college and other things. Now here we are and I am watching this anime and honestly, it’s quite good and I am liking it a lot. When it first came out I watched the first episode in subbed, but then I went to a different anime until this one got done airing.

What can be anything better than child soldiers? I have no clue and like I said I am liking this anime and I am still learning more as I go along. It seems like it has a lot of potential to be a good anime, and so I will watch the next episode. Excuse me while I go and do that lol, and I recommend that you guys give this anime a try. I know this review is a little short, and I will try to make the next longer if I can. Anyways until next time keep reading manga, and watching anime. Remember to stay cool my friends and au revoir for now.

Ginga Kikōtai Majestic Prince (Review)

This anime came out in 2013 in Japan, but I believe that I watched it in 2014 although I can’t be to sure of that. I really liked this anime, and it has a completely different take on things than what I am used to. Most mecha anime have male leads, and they do all the fighting while the girls are just in the background (not all are like this. this is just an example.). Not with this anime we have two girls! Why am I getting so excited?

Well it’s hard to find anime that have a female lead especially with mecha (unless it’s made for fanservice and doesn’t have to good of a story behind it. This is just my opinion though.). Sometimes you’ll be searching for hours or you don’t know what exactly to look for unless you’re looking in the right place.

If you like the Gundam series then you’d probably like this, because it’s a little similar to that series. Except it has a little different story, but it’s still good though. So this anime gets a high recommendation from me. If you need a little more information on this anime then you can look up the details.

Also they are coming out with a movie to go along with this anime. Which I am probably going to watch when it comes out so be looking for a review on that anime. Anyways until next time keep reading manga, and watching anime. Remember to stay cool my friends and au revoir for now

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin (Episode 1 Review)

Now I have been wanting to watch this anime for a while, but I have been a little busy with college and well life. Also, my laptop was broken and it just got fixed so I am quite happy to have it back, but I am going to be careful with what I do on it.

Back to this review so I find this anime a little interesting, and I haven’t seen any of the older Gundam anime’s. As I am not the biggest fan of anime’s from 90’s and earlier that is with good reason. The art style rather bothers me plus it’s too flashy and will probably give me a headache if I watch too much.

I don’t know a whole lot about the characters in this anime, but one is going to be executed for something like starting a war or a war crime. I am not sure yet lol, and so I must watch more of it right now. Well seems like the guy died and now his daughter is screaming no and it’s a little annoying to have that little girl screaming in my ear.

Honestly, I don’t think I am going to finish watching this, and sorry to some of you who were looking forward to me watching this then doing a review. I just can’t get into it and I still love Gundam so you will be seeing more reviews from this series.

Just not this one in the series I have tried to get into it, but maybe I will try another time. That might be better, but I have my doubts though as I never know what I am going to watch nor whether I will finish it or not. So, I am going to wrap things up here for now. Until next time keep reading manga, and watching anime. Remember to stay cool my friends and au revoir for now.

(P.s I was having a really bad night when I watched this and so I was more annoyed than usual. So a little girl screaming no in my ear did not help things. Rest assured I will give this anime another try and chance to change my mind on watching it. I want to give all anime’s I watch a fair chance to see if I will watch it all the way through.)
