So I found this on Netflix. Bored of movies and YouTube. Can’t forget TV shows also. Sorry, but there are times of when you have had enough of something. For this being released in 2007 it’s pretty good. This warrior comes into this town, and saves a prince. If they hadn’t stepped in he would be dead right about now. I am only on episode 2 and I’m already starting to like it. Also another thing I like. Is that it’s almost in the art style of Studio Ghibi but newer. The man who has silver pink hair seems like a good guy, but I have my concerns. It almost seems like Lord of The Rings in some ways. Alright now they have unleashed the Hunters. Our prince meets some commoners. Now the Hunters are asking questions, things are about to go down. Things have gone down and crap has hit the fan. Hope our prince survives and continues his journey with the warrior.
Okay today is a new day and time to jump back into this anime. Our warrior is at death’s door and now our prince has to take the ultimate risk. It’s the only way to save the warrior. I can only hope he succeeds in his quest. Oh no our warrior is seeing people that are dead. Then it ends there so onto episode 4. This is getting really good and I also like the ending theme. It’s so pretty. Hmm things are getting really interesting, and I wonder what our young prince is up to. Well an older lady just yelled “the egg!” at our young prince. So what is with this new development? Guess I will be finding out in the next episode. That would be episode 5. Episode 5 start. Now there’s a huge manhunt going on. What will happen to our warrior and prince? Freeing slaves a very interesting move. Will they make it to their destination in time? Once this episode is over I am going to leave things here. Uh oh seems like the mikado’s secret force is catching on to her. Can they catch her? This is a huge development, but you will have to read the next blog post to see what this new development is.
There is a huge and new development. So the Hunter’s had caught on to the trail of the prince and the warrior. Then the Hunter’s watched as a wolf attacked them. Supposedly killing them, but are they really dead? Something tells me that they are alive. Simply, because there death seemed to easy. So they are still alive. All along I was rooting for them and I am glad to see that they survived. Our characters have found a home, but how long will this peace last for them? Oh my gosh I have the feels when seeing the prince cry. Uh oh seems like the star reader is starting to catch on to. That’s not good. Our warrior is going to get her spear fixed. Something is going to happen. Just a little sneaky suspicion. Uh oh if something goes wrong our characters could get caught. Now we are hearing more about the warrior who raised our current character. So a little back story things are getting interesting. Well our characters have escaped once again.
Now I said in my other blog post of the same title about doing episode 8. So here we are and now I will jump right into it. Need to go and run and do a coffee break before I get any further. If you haven’t noticed I love coffee. Got my coffee now let’s jump back into this anime. Our star reader (young one not old) was talking to our princes mom. It was very interesting to here the dialogue. We all know the prince is alive and well and is living with our warrior. What will our young star reader do? Sorry if I am leaving out names and such. If you really want the names then you will have to watch it. Hmm seems like our young star reader is going to have an audience with the crowned prince. Our prince is about to play with some other kids. Things are getting interesting now start episode 10 and then after this episode I will call it a night. Our young prince is gambling and he risks losing the necklace that has his mother’s earing on it. Will he win? If you want that answer you’ll have to watch the anime.
Well another coffee break for me and then I will jump back into this anime. What will our young prince and warrior do today? Uh oh one of our main characters has collapsed, because of a marriage proposal that went wrong. Will she awaken? Seems like our warriors friend has found the other world. It’s good to see him awaken again. Well onto episode 12 I wonder what will happen this time. Oh look our prince is learning to chop wood. Looks like some sparring is about to go down and if the kid loses. They will all be the opponents slaves for the day. Our prince is going to fight and if he loses, he’ll have to eat slugs. Well if you want to know who won the fight as usual you’ll have to watch the anime. One more episode. Start episode 13. Our warrior is about to enter a fight. It almost seems like our warrior has killed a man. Did she really kill him or is he alive? Watch the anime and find out. Oh if you happen to see a tiger, don’t pet it.
Start episode 14. Wonder what we are all in store for today? Well let’s find out. Oh no seems like our prince might have a cruel fate. Hmmm this is very interesting. Uh oh our young star reader is trapped. I wonder what his fate will be?
Start episode 15. Sounds like someone is going to die in this episode as the title suggests. Our young star reader is finally free and realizes our prince is still alive. Well I was right someone did die, but if you want to know who you’ll have to watch the anime.
Start episode 16. Well the Hunters know that the prince is alive along with the young star reader. Now the star reader tells the true story of everything and not the lie that was made up to cover up things. Seems like the star reader is going on the hunt for our prince.
I can go for a cup of coffee or something to eat. I’m really hungry all of sudden. Glad I am not watching Shokugeki that would probably only make things worse. Then I would of been even more hungrier. I just settled for eating sunflower seeds. It’s better than nothing I guess. Okay now to jump into this anime.
Start episode 17. Feels like something is about to happen. I don’t like this. Uh oh our prince has been spotted by the young star reader. Oh our poor prince I hate to see him suffer like this. Well that’s bad and the state the prince is in is not good either.
Start episode 18. Well great our prince’s death is proclaimed by a storyteller. Apparently they got lost. The Hunters and the star reader are catching on to their trail. Now we hear more about what is inside of our prince. Upon hearing that he might die our prince faints.
Start episode 19. Seems like a bird is now playing an important part in our story. The Hunters are hot on their tails and they will be catching up soon. Will our prince strike our warrior down? Well then. The magic weaver has spoken. Well that’s my last episode for tonight. If you are searching for more answers then watch the anime.
Well while I am relaxing and eating sunflowers seeds now that I have started earing them. I have become hooked again. Let’s get this anime party started. Although it’s only a party of one person. Starts anime and was used to the quietness, and then hears one of the characters shouting. Then proceeds to jump when he starts shouting for the warrior to come out. I am so jumpy tonight >.< . Maybe it was all those horror movie trailers I watched. Also not to mention my best friend told me that there was a clown sighting in the town just over the bridge from where I live. I feel like one could just pop up outside my window. Totally freaked not going to lie. Also I had four cups of coffee so this is probably going to be a long night. Hoping this anime will comfort me.
Start episode 20. Our prince and warrior have returned back to the village safely. While the star reader has left to go back to the palace to comb through some archives. He wants to see if he can save the prince from his fate. Will he live or die? Now we hear more about the man who raised our warrior.
Start episode 21. We hear more of the warriors back story, including her childhood and real father. So we got a lot of info about the warriors foster father. I am interested to see where this will go, and what other mystery’s will be solved. Also I do have a few questions that need answering. Hopefully I will get them in the next episode.
Start episode 22. Things are starting to get interesting. The magic weaver is leaving their company for a short time. This is so cute to see warrior, prince and childhood friend living together. The three of them it’s so cute. Okay well that was the last episode well for now.
Okay now that I got my pizza and coffee I am ready to jump back into this anime. It’s also a new day so let’s see if I can maybe finish these reviews today. If I do then I will probably find another anime. Especially since I have a huge list XD
Start episode 23. Our star reader has left the palace. Now our young prince and the gang are heading out as well. Hmm our warrior is having a recurring dream. This is a new development. I want to see where this goes. Hearing one of our main characters proclaim his love for our warrior. It’s just so cute. Omg this is so adorable seeing the prince hold the warriors hand and the childhood friends hand. Our star reader is meeting with our gang. Very interesting dialogue is being said here. I wonder how will things turn out in the end. Things are getting very interesting.
Start episode 24. Things are getting interesting. Well one of our main characters has been injured. Things are getting interesting. I wonder what will happen in the next episode. Well let’s find out shall we.
Start episode 25. Only one more episode after this one and then I will be done watching this series. I have to say I have really enjoyed the ride that this series has taken me on. Let’s get to this episode. I really like the opening theme it reminds me of Naruto. I don’t know why it reminds me of that, but in a weird way it does. Hmm seems like our prince has found his destination. A new development has happened. I wonder if our young prince will survive? You don’t want to know what I thought about when the water spirit was born. Our prince really has grown up, and he seems more older and no longer a child.
Now that I’ve gotten my water let’s jump into the last episode of this anime. Had to get a little food also and now let’s get started.
Start episode 26. Might as well watch the opening since it’s my last episode for this series. Our prince has returned to the palace. Everything is almost back to normal. I wonder what became of our warrior? Well that’s it the end. I am having mix feelings about this. It feels as though its supposed to continue and not end there. Hmmm I am going to look into this maybe there is a second season or it continues in manga. I will get answers lol
Alright watching this anime has been a journey and a adventure that I have come to enjoy. I highly recommend this anime even if it’s old. It’s worth watching it I can guarantee that. This anime was like Naruto met Studio Ghibi, but it was still good. I really did enjoy it and now that I have finished this. I need to find a new anime to watch, but I will have no problem with that. After all I got a huge and very long list of animes to go through. Well there you have it I am done with this series so this is my last review, well for this series anyways. I want to thank you all for joining me on this adventure. I hope by reading these reviews of this anime will make you want to give it a try. At least I hope you will, but in the end I give it a high recommendation.
I guess this was a book and it was published in 1996 almost 5 months after I was born. Very interesting and in some ways it also reminds of The Never Ending Story. Which I might add was one of my favorite movies as a kid. Well this blog post is done and completed. Until my next blog post keep reading manga, and watching anime.
